The purpose of polishing aluminum extrusion profile

     In the production process of Industrial aluminum profile, the primary purpose of using chemical or electrochemical polishing is, firstly, to replace mechanical polishing to achieve a smooth and shiny surface on aluminium construction profiles; secondly, it is to perform chemical or electrochemical polishing after mechanical polishing to obtain very high mirror-like reflectivity in aluminum profiles or aluminum components, thus achieving the goal of brightening the surface.
    After extrusion aluminum profile undergo chemical or electrochemical polishing, although their surfaces can achieve high brightness, it cannot be maintained for a long time. They are extremely prone to natural oxidation in the air, which causes the color of the aluminum profile surface to darken, and they are also susceptible to adhering slight contaminants, and may even leave fingerprints.
     Therefore, after polishing, it is necessary to match it with the corresponding anodization process to produce an anodization film on the surface of the aluminium profile for protection.
